Cult status in Runkel! Beautiful little pub on the Lahn with beer garden and view of the castle Runkel. A bit older, but a hot spot in Runkel.

Were several times in the chirping. Unfortunately you get on request if there is something to eat only the answer "I do not feel like it today". Shame. The exterior and interior is really not inviting. Old plastic chairs and tables. No tablecloth let flowers etc. On the table. The hosts are unfortunately unsuitable to run a restaurant in this location.

In good weather, the castle Runkel opposite, a beer or coffee, the place par excellence. The 4 stars are for this combination, which would already have the condition for a Malerwinkel.

Very nicely located on the Lahn cycle path. Here you can sit well and drink and eat cheaply. The service was very friendly with us!

This pub has cult status and flair and is probably getting a little old as a result. An ideal meeting place for insiders and locals, but also as a stranger you are a welcome guest. And as the name suggests, ideal for tweeting you.
